My approach is rooted in Gestalt therapy, a humanistic method that sees people as inherently whole and capable of growth. Many of our struggles come from disconnection—from ourselves, others, and our truth. Therapy helps bring us back to the present moment, where real change can begin.
Gestalt therapy focuses on the here and now—how past experiences show up in your body, thoughts, and emotions today. By staying present, we can begin to understand and shift long-held patterns.
I work with what arises in the body during our sessions—both yours and mine. Therapy with me is not a distant process. It’s relational and grounded in shared awareness. Together, we make space for whatever emerges.
This work is dialogical, meaning we pay attention to the relationship itself. I show up as a full person, not just a therapist. Healing happens through real connection.
Session Details
$150/hour (Therapist-in-Training Rate)
Individual therapy sessions (virtual)
Available to residents of Ontario
